What format should I use for importing?

For now, it only accepts CSV files. You can download a sample CSV file here.

Some accounts didn't receive the message. Why?

This could be due to several reasons, one of which might be that they only receive messages from followers. You can check the "Follow Before Sending" box to work around this.

What personalization can I use in my messages?

In this first version, you can use [username] for personalization. [name] is also available but is not yet fully tested.

We manage multiple accounts using anti-detection browsers. Will this work with that?

Yes, although it has only been tested on MoreLogin. Any Chromium-based browser that allows you to either download from the Chrome Web Store or manually upload a package can run the extension without issues.

Can I use this on multiple accounts?

Yes, our extension allows you to manage multiple Instagram accounts. All you need is to have them open in different sessions.

Is there a limit to the number of messages I can send?

No, unlike other overpriced tools, our plans offer unlimited messaging capabilities. However, like any automation tool, use it responsibly and avoid excessive use.

Does it work on Firefox or Edge?

Unfortunately, it only works on Chrome at the moment.
